Villa Playa is unique. It is one of the few large rentable villas on the Costa del Sol sleeping 10 people, that is genuinely right on the seafront – looking straight out over the beach and the Mediterranean Sea, with direct access from the garden.

Villa Playa is set in a very small Community originally built in the 1970’s. At that time, there was still beach front to develop on, so a large garden and pool were designed by the owners to lie in front of their homes in the sea breeze.

The space
Once you’ve tasted this piece of paradise, the views unchanged you never leave - today many of the same people who bought in the 70s still own one of the six small 2 bedroomed, 2 storey white homes, and it is a group of these community members who now own and let Villa Playa. We care that the lovely gardens and pool provides a great place to live and holiday for us and for you, who can for a week or more become part of our community.

Beach access and garden
At the front of the garden Villa Playa looks over, you can see the gate leading onto steps and a ramp onto the Beach and Boardwalk. Villa Playa has its own private BBQ and outdoor eating area with drinks fridge and outdoor plates, cutlery and glasses.  In front and to the side of this you access the large community garden, which is beautifully maintained by gardeners we trust.  You have permanent "thatched roof on a wooden pole" parasol sun shades and 10 sun loungers for exclusive use of Villa Playa guests. The Pool was recently modernized and is not chlorinated – it uses salinated clean water. We provide volleyball equipment, and it is easy to set it up overlooking the beach on the large flat grassy area in the garden.

Interaction with guests
The property is managed by Nick, who lives nearby will be on hand to handle any queries you might have during your stay.

House Rules
As it is a small community there are no rules as such, we only ask you to use your common sense, like don’t bring drinks glasses or beer bottles around the pool – we provide plastic glasses. Also, as the garden gets watered at night please remove all sunbeds from grass area and collect all your towels and toys.

Length of Stay
During the summer months (1 May - 30 September) we have a minimum stay of 7 nights. Outside of these months, the minimum stay is 4 nights.

Many restaurants are within walking distance. The local area has great facilities for watersports, golf, horse or maintain bike riding and shopping
