An orange block means that day has already been reserved for the whole house.

A white block indicates that day is currently available. We sincerely hope the days you want to stay are available. We'd enjoy having you as a guest at our beach front house on the Mijas Costa.

For parties of 4 or 6, you will find it hard to find another such large dining, kitchen and lounge areas, BBQ, pool and garden area for your use. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

There are two ways you can book the house
(1) Make your booking directly here on our webpage
(2) Book it through Airbnb, where our house is also listed.

There are no significant differences if you choose to book directly here on our website or through Air Bnb, choose what makes you feel most comfortable. Booking direct, we would send you a contract outlining refund policies etc, and you would pay your deposit directly to us to confirm the booking – rather than to AirBnB.

Similarly, we would ask for the remaining balance just before you arrive. Some guests prefer to book through Air BnB, as they already have an account there, and all payments go to AirBnB, including additional AirBnB administration fees.

If you prefer booking direct with us through our website, check the availability calendar first, then email us with the desired dates you wish to stay, easy peasy.

There will be a slight increase in price when booking through Air Bnb marketplace due to the extra fees involved at Air Bnb.

FROM MALAGA AIRPORT:-

• FOLLOW SIGNS FOR ALGECIRAS/CADIZ
  (This is the N340) now known as A7 Stay in right hand lane
• Approx 10 km later, the road then allows you to take 2 options – look for the overhead sign

• OPTION 1 – by staying in the right hand lane, you will continue on the A7, This is the coast road which will bring you to Calahonda.

LOOK FOR THE KM MARKINGS AT THE SIDE OF THE ROAD

• AT KM 198 YOU WILL NEED TO TURN OFF AT A HUGE WHITE SIGN ‘SITIO DE CALAHONDA’

N.B. if you miss the turn-off, you have to go to the next exit point and turn around (all the turn-around points are clearly marked ‘cambio de sentido’.

• This will bring you to a church and a roundabout GO STRAIGHT AROUND THE ROUNDABOUT and back under the road bridge to get back onto the A7 main road. (You are now in effect going back on yourself in the direction of Malaga for a very short distance.)
• At the give-way, you will see a bus stop on your left. DO NOT accelerate into the traffic-but drive along the slip lane and come off immediately down the slip lane to (McDonald Resort) Doña Lola. You will see a security barrier at the entrance of Doña Lola complex.
• Drive through, the barrier opens automatically, turn left, follow the road until the end and on the left again, you will find CALYPSO PLAYA

• OPTION 2 – by moving into the left hand-side of the road (fast lane) this will bring you onto the A7 ‘PEAJE’ (Toll Road). This is a quicker road but you will need several euros in change – approx 2 – 4 euros
• EXIT ‘CALAHONDA’ - DRIVE TO TOLL BOOTH
• FOLLOW ROAD TO A SMALL ROUNDABOUT AND TAKE 2ND EXIT BRINGING YOU DOWN THE HILL.
• FOLLOW THIS ROAD UNTIL YOU SEE LOS OLIVOS COMMERCIAL CENTRE. FOLLOW ROAD TO RIGHT. YOU WILL THEN COME TO THE MAIN ROUNDABOUT ON AVENIDA DE ESPAÑA
• TAKE THE EXIT FOR MALAGA (in effect you are going back on yourself for a very short distance. Then exit the main road immediately from the slip road to Doña Lola Resort (as above)
• Drive through, the barrier opens automatically, turn left, follow the road until the end and on the left, you will find CALYPSO PLAYA
